RIPPING OFF CLIENTS

I had an insurance for a blackberry 8520 worth R1900.00 and was paying R40p/m as a premium and i lost the phone and my claim was approved so I upgraded to a blackberry 9380 worth R2800.00 at the time I bought it in October 2012 at the same store and no one told me that i need to pay extra on my insurance because of the upgrade instead they continued to debit my account for the R40p/m knowing very well that I did an upgrade now i am putting a claim for my blackberry 9380 and they are only approving the claim for a R2000.00 saying it is my fault that the premuim was not adjusted by the controler whereas nothing was indicated to me.

Can i please have someone to assist me in this regard as Edmore said there is nothing he can do for me now.
