Incorrect Settlement amount

I contacted Direct Axis for a settlement on my account
Then the lady told me that the settlemet is only valid if I made my monthly payment by the due date and I told her that I have already made the payment via internet banking from FNB to the Direct Axis account and that there is no debit order I have cancelled it months ago
On the same day I transfered the given settlement amount
I phoned them a couple of day's later requesting a paid up letter and they told me there is still a balance outstaning on the account because the debit order did not go off. I was very upset and told them again there is no debit order and I made a internet transfer prior to the settlement paid. The the lady advised me that the matter has been escalated to her team leader and he will listen to the call recording and phone me back in 2 to 3 days. Nobody camed back to me - and its a week later!! I phoned them again today and the told me that the team leader will phone me back by 12:00 today and still nobody is comming back to me
What about the interest that is being calculated everyday
I am very dissapointed that no one takes the effort to come back to me
