On Saturday 07th December I bought 12 items at the Checkers, Cascades store - I was overcharged for 3 of those items!!! I have to point the problem out - wait while they check the prices and then I'm asked to fill in a refund form!!! What ever happened to price guarantees!!!
Just tried to send this complaint through to them on their customer care email but there's an error on the page - insult to injury?
