Am very disappointed with Creditworks for refusing to release my paid up letter and giving me a bad attitude by one of the supervisors.
I have negotiated and paid settlement amount which was accepted by a lady called Thato on the 05th/04/2013.She was suppose to release my paid-up letter but she refused to release my paid-up letter disputing that she quoted and excepted the settlement amount of R3073.26.
I spoke to a her supervisor Grace Bronkhost numerous times regarding this matter and she promised to send me a recording and we both listern to the call but up to today I still haven received the recording. I spoke to Grace manager Mr. Thasigan Goverdor who also promised to pull the call but I still never got the chance to listern to the recording to prove that Thato quoted R3073.26 as a settlement amount.
This morning I spoke to Grace again who kept on interrupting me while am talking and she confrimed that even if they pull the call and find that Thato gave R3073.26 as a settlement, they are not willing to release my paid-up letter as there are still legal/collection fees still outstanding. Am not willing to pay any extra as I paid as per the settlement quoted.
