Laptop replacement

I bought a laptop g6 pavilion from hp, only to have dvd player not working, so I sent it to the repair centre and had the dvd player replaced, still did not work after 1 week, so sent in again, this time when I went to collect, I asked the technician to demo that all is in order. Again not working in front of them (I made him sign that all was not working on the delivery note which was witnessed by the receiptionist), so he took it up to his work shop and had me wait over an hour, then I insisted that he hand the laptop over to me. I then contacted hp for replacement only to be told that I need to give it in 3 times for repairs. So I did that, and repair centre had dvd player yet again replaced and guess what, still not working. When I contacted hp for replacement I was told by Lulama (agent) that they will investigate and get back to me., now I have to contact the CPA fro help. My laptop was in for repairs more than it was with me, now my warranty is about to expire. Here are the job card nos. 0001507837, 0001591172, 0001528740.
