I bought a mp3 player thru them. Advertising was completely false! It was meant to be a 4GB mini mp3 player and arrived saying i must buy an SD card for it before i can put any music on it. How can you sell a 4GB anything when it actually has no memory on it at all!? So i returned it within the week. Its been almost 6 weeks since then and i am yet to receive my refund. At first they said they needed to be notified from the supplier that i had returned it, which was pathetic considering the supplier CC'd me a week before with that exact email.
This place is clearly horrifically run and needs to be shut down. I, nor anyone i know will never buy from them again!
