I complained two weeks ago of a dvd player that was sold to me, already partially broken. After a complaint, because they didn't want to refund my money but fix the dvd player, I got a message back from Rina Taunt that I could get a refund. When I was back at game, they had no problem to refund my money back, they people at the refund where very helpful and very friendly. As I went into the store to buy a new dvd 3D player, I got helped by someone to see if this dvd is working like it should be. He was very very helpful to look if it was working. Even better, I got a dvd 3D player that was less money because of a promotion. Overall I am very happy of the service they gave me and they really take your complaint serious.
