Thank You Jean from IC Call Centre

I Ordered a Lenovo Laptop from the online store on the 8/01/13 in the evening by credit card.
The Next day, 09/01/13, at 14:00 the bill had been paid and successful.
Unfortunately the courier company was only notified at 17:00 that day. I had paid for an overnight delivery.
on the 10/01/13, i arrived home from work at around 16:00, i had asked my sister to stay at home all day just incase the laptop got delivered, sadly to say, no laptop.
I attempted to phone the number on my invoice, but someone "robinson" wasnt answering, i didnt bother leaving him a message.
I called the national Call centre i presume and i got through to such a lovely gentleman named Jean (i hope its spelt right).
He was able to track my order and sadly tell me that i might only receive it friday or monday.
He made such an effort to contact the cresta centre and organise with them for them to personally deliver my product with in the next hour.
Id like to thank Jean for taking time time to help me out, to go out of his way to give me great service and he has restored my faith in Incredible Connection again.
