I purchased a laptop via the online service offererd by Incredible Connection. I paid an over-night fee of an additional R44.
I made the purchase on Sunday (10 March 2013). By Tuesday the laptop hadnt arrived at which point I called Incredible Connection and was told it would arrive on Wednesday. On Wednesday it hadnt arrived and i contacted the call center again only to be told it would arrive on Thursday.
On Thursday (today) it still hasn't arrived and I called yet again, and was told it would arrive on Friday.
I am extremely angry and frustrated with the poor service. Incredible Connection is a reputable company and all exceptions were let down. I will never buy anything there again, and will go so far as to recommend that people dont use their online services. A lot of time and energy has been wasted.
