Extremely late delivery and no feedback

I placed an order back in 2012 and still it has not been delivered the time frame given was 15-21 days and its been 2 months i made an enquiry on the 21st Jan and was told it was expected in the next shipment as of yet nothing not even any feedback regarding the order extremely disappointed with there service
