Excellent and outstanding service

I went to Edgars JHB City on the 27/12/2013 to buy a pair of sunglasses and the lady who assisted me at the till advised me that I cannot use my account because it was blocked. I contacted Edgar's customer service on the 30/12/2013 and I was advised to speak to the Department as someone tried to change the card on the 29/11/2013 at Edgars East Rand mall. I went to Jet and Edgars JHB on the 30/12/2013 and their systems were offline. I went again to Edgars JHB City on the 31/12/2013 and sat there for good 30 minutes and I was advised that they cannot help me since their system was still offline. I then decided to go to Jet Eloff Street and was assisted by a lady in customer services, unfortunately I did not take her name down. I was blown away by the service she gave me, I am very grateful to her for her friendly warm attitude and for being professional. Very impressive service. Dispute the situation she made me feel special as a customer. I also want to extend a big Thank you to Edgars as a whole for the due diligence you have on, the situation could have easily gotten out of hand. Thank you so much for everything you have done to protect me. I feel valued and appreciated.
