I will have to say seeing the comments here on Hellopeter about Edgars or Edcon its shocking how many customers complain, me being one of them. I think during April I received some statement that I am owing which was to my huge surprise since I have just paid off my account, which it was later investigated and it was a, ok that aside the lady who helped me told me to cut the card in pieces and that the new card will be issued which I did, but since then I have been waiting for my card and nothing has been delivered or communicated to me on why there is a delay, I mean really now, its Xmas time and the little ones need clothes and book next year. I am so embarrassed by Edcon who I thought they were one of the best we have in South Africa.
