I'm struggling to unblock, cancel and close my acc

I settled my Jet account in December 2012 and on April the 14/04/2013 I descoverd that my account was used for I was assisted and my buying balance was credited. On the 18/05/2013 I went to Jet Jabulani Mall to unblock my Jet card but I was told customer service was off-line and that I have R210 balance which I must pay for Edgars Club Magazine, I told them I don't know anything about this however I am willing to pay because I urgently must close my account and cancel these Magazines. On the 25/05/2013 I went to Jet West Gate and spoke to Klaas Seokolo who couldn't assist me because the manager was not available saying his the only one with dep code and told me to try Edgars. On the 8/06/2013 I went back to Jet jabulani and again Prudence couldn't assist me saying the Department number is invalid. I'm tired of this, the balance has gone up to R255, how's this possible when my card is blocked, I didn't even apply for the Edgars Club Magazine, please somebody HELP Me!!
