For some reason my Loot account refuses to take my password that I have been using all this time now. They have a password resend link you can click on to have it resent to your selected e-mail address, but after almost three weeks of trying to have it resent, I am still waiting for a response. This is really frustrating as I have always been very pleased when dealing with this company, but now I find it IMPOSSIBLE to transact and order again as I have no way of logging into my account without the e-mail I am still waiting for regarding my password. If someone can PLEASE help me fix this it will be much appreciated!
