MTN airtime scheme

I took up a cellphone contract in 2011 August though my Edgars account where fixed airtime value will be loaded for a fixed fee for a fixed period. 12 month passed and the contract expired but I am still billed for airtime for a new period that I didn't consent to. I approached Edgars to rectify this abuse to no avail. The actual service provider has never gotten back to me as promised, to de-activate the unauthorised loading of airtime. What makes matters even worse is that the monthly fee has increased substantially and i don't even get any benefit from the airtime. The reference number that I have been given by the store is 7215.The reference number that i received from the actual service provider is 2101134917296
