I purchased a pc from the phalaborwa branch, paying in instalments including insurance. they refused to fix or replace my printer after a house fire, and they're now threatening to take me to their lawyers. I THINK IT DIESN'T MAKE SENSE to pay for things I am not using. my pc even crushed, they refused to lodge a complaint in Lewis store garankuwa branch since that's where I'm staying. In my papers they wrote that I am employed by a certain company for a salary which I do not earn, they to rip me off!!! I want my pc and printer replaced or at least fixed. I had my cpu placed in garankuwa for 3 months while they kept promising they'd lodge a complaint!!! what is this?!
