ITS A LONG WEEKEND AND ALL ATM IN GAIRANKUWA ARE NOT WORKING. 1. AT TUT CAMPUSES (OUT OF ORDE) 2. SHOPPING COMPLEX (DOESNT HAVE MONEY) 3.DIRELA CENTRE (NO WIRE) PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT USING SHOPRITE CAUSE THE QUE'S ARE EXTREMLY LONG AND AM NOT GONNA QUE JUST TO BE TOLD BY THE CASHIER THAT SHE DSNT HAVE MONEY I MUST USE ANOTHER CASHIER. ITS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE THAT THE WHOLE OF GARANKUWA DID DNOT HAVE A WORKING ATM MOST OF THE EASTER WEEKED.
SECOND COMPLAINT I WENT TO GARANKUWA BRANCH LAST SATURDAY TO OPEN A CLUB ACCOUNT IT TOOK ME 3HRS10 MINUTES TO GET OUT OF THE BANK AND WITH SOME PEOPLE BEING CUT OF THE QUE OUTSIDE CAUSE ITS ALMOST CLOSING TIME. WHATS THE USE OF HAVING 5 CUBICLES WHEN THEY DO NOT ALL WORK AT THE SAME TIME. GARANKUWA SERVICE BIG TIME. I FIND IT THAT WHEN I USE OTHER BRANCHES MOSTLY IN PRETORIA TOWN OR SHOPPING MALLS THE SERVICE IS EXTREMLY PROFESSSIONAL AND SATISFACTORY BUT GOING TO MY BRANCH IS DISSAPPOINTING
