This was posted on the (20/09)... On Monday (16/09) they fetched the unit. I went to the store and they told me that they don't have enough cash to refund me. Today (20/09) I went again and I am told they can't refund me because they had given me discount. What can't of an excuse is that?? I was treated with disrespect from the day I reported the fault on the unit. Now am being undermined by being told I don't deserve my money back. This is pure disrespect from Lewis. I am disappointed at the way I am being treated... I am still waiting for a call from lewis management or anyone who can give me clarity. And please clarify to me what is your turnaround period. If I don't get any help, I am prepared to take it furthero CGSO.
