No delivery/ Poor service - I want my headboard

I have purchased a headboard and pedastals at furniture city woodlands on 27/10/12 assisted by Dodo. I wanted a king size headboard and i was told that it will be a special order as they only have stock for queen size headboards and that would mean delivery will take a few weeks. I was told that the headboard will be delivered latest early Dec. 1st week Dec, I received a call from Dodo. I was excited thinking that she will tell me that the headboard is to be delivered instead i wastold that the supplier is busy with bulk queen size orders and they will attend to our orders after that. I accepted that my delivery will definitely not be in Dec but was hopeful that beginning of Jan the headboard will be delivered. come end Jan i still hadnt heard anything from the shop. I made the calls to them to enquire about the delivery and i was told that they will investigate. today the 13/02/13, I received a call from them telling me that the order will be completed 15/03/2013. March will be the 5th month, that I will be waiting for this headboard. No apology, no nothing has come from the shop or head office. 5 months, my money has been gaining interest for this store but no goods for me..
