Getting no after sales customer service

We bought a LG Tall boy 5.1 home theatre system, we had it delivered to my father in law in Vryburg.he got a professional to install for him, but the system is faulty. We have spoken to Thabiso and George to get a replacement unit with no joy. they are always busy and promise to call you back, but nothing ever happens. The customer call centre is also not that friendly, we called them to lodge a complaint and told them that the Groves number just rings, but they don't believe us. We have been trying since this morning to call them without any luck.
