I bought a Samsung bluray home theatre in June 2013. After two months the player would not switch on. I took it back to the Dion Wired in Kollonade centre, Pretoria. I was informed that the unit had to be booked in and turnaround is 21 days. After 21 days it was not ready as the supplier was waiting for a part. I contacted the Store manager, Andre who immediately arranged for a new unit. When I got to the store the customer services centre was already alerted that I would be coming in. Elizabeth at customer services immediately called the sales manager, Marius who promptly arranged the swop out.

I just want to give a big shout out to Dion Wired Kollonade for 5 star service!
