INABILITY TO HONOUR CUSTOMER CONTRACT

I have experienced innumberable difficulties with the Scooti which I purchased from Mark Hodson. He has at all times been difficult to get hold of and reluctant to honour his service obligations. He has made many promises which he has not kept and repeatedly told me, and silly excuses.

The current difficulty is outstanding since last November when the paintwork on the body "melted" in the sun causing an ugly, rough and unsightly appearance. I have repeatedly been promised a replacement body since that time and received ridiculous excuses.

The current position is that he no longer responds to emails and his telephone is always on answerphone, plus he never returns my calls.

I now have an added problem with the chain throwing oil over the vehicle and myself! I did receive a contract from Mark Hodson but he has personally failed to uphold any oft his own statements and stipulations.

I am a pensioner and have been very reluctant to take legal action against any party BUT am not prepared to be ripped off by any dealer acting in an unprofessional manner.
