Hello Peter, My Name is Sandile Ephraim Ndlazi. I have a problem with my account at Markham. Last year I paid off my account the balance was R 0.00. This year on the 15 February 2013 I purchase shoes at Birch Acres Mall in Tembisa (Gauteng) when the slip came I found that am owing Markham R5076.00 I was shocked because I paid last year the outstanding amount. They said someone in KZN Newcastle Mall was using my account to purchase goods under my name. I do not know Newcastle I never been there in Newcastle I am staying in Johannesburg I never lost my card, ID and I never gave to anyone I still have my card and my ID with me. I went to Rabie Radge Police station to make an affidavit and I fill the form at Markham in Midrand Boulders shopping center they fax my document to Foschini Group to investigate the. I call them to know that how fair with my case they told me I have to wait for 60 days then they will call me. They never call me. The NCR call me to know why am not paying my account I told them the whole story they understand but they said I have to call them and know how fair with my case. I did call the Foschini Group they said they are still investigating my case.
