Like so many other on this site, my attempt at surprising my wife on Valentine's day was ruined by Kalahari and Net florist's (their delivery partner) non performace.
I ordered a gift basket on Kalahari to be delivered on the 14th day at her office.
Needless to say it never arrived -- even after numerous phone calls on my side asking what the issue was...
I then asked them to try and deliver it to our house after hours, the agreed time was 7pm.
7pm came and went,
It's now 10.40 on the 15th - still no delivery.
Very disappointing, that's the last times ill consider Kalahari and/or Net florist when buying a gift
