After my complaint about the Wellington Clicks conveniently being out of stock on Omez20, I received a call from their head pharmacist.
She tried to make stupid excuses for the absolute lack of professionalism displayed by one of their pharmacists. The lady chose to ignore me and lean on a counter to play with her mobile phone.
When I asked about how it's possible to be out of stock on something that's not widely used, I got yet another excuse. I didn't feel like entertaining this women and ended the call.
I then received an e-mail from Susan, telling me that I'm 'more than welcome' to check their stock.
EXCUSE ME? WHAT?
If YOU are TOO LAZY OR TOO STUPID to check your OWN STOCK, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT make it MY PROBLEM.
Honestly, someone needs to check up on what's going on at the branch. I've had it with BAD SERVICE in this town.
