SUMSUNG FRIDGE FACTORY FAULT

Hi Peter,

I bought my current fridge from Game- Midrand sumsung brand--for R8999.00 August 2012. I have reported the fridge faulty16 June 2013 this Fridge had stopped cooling -few days afer the fridge was fixed it stopped cooling again, because i was given contact detail for the technician i had called him to come back and this was fixed and a month later the same fridge had stopped working i then reported to sumsung for the 3rd time now the same fridge has stopped working i have reported this to sumsung again today Ref Number -7112027757. i still await feedback from their technician.can you assist? how would i get my money back as i'm totaly discertified with sumsung and their aftersales service that never cares to contact their customer querries. it does not take a ginius to know that this fridge has a factory fault and clever person would have replaced with a new fridge.

Sumsung Aftersales service is disspeakable.

please assist!!
