Defy fridge bad product and service

I bought a Defy fridge in April 2012 since Desember 2012 the fridge started giving problems, everything inside whent bad even the icecream was frozen solid that i had to defrost it in my mikrowave. I contact the salesman Mr Sam and he reported it to his floor maneger Mr April they contact Defy"s service centre, the technition came out to my house and i told them what my problem was they laugh at my when i told im about the icecream. They then put a monitor inside the fridge on the 1st February 2012 for 3days to see what the problem was they were supposed to came back on the 4th of February they never pitch up i phone Game again on the 7th off February 2012 and that same day they took out the device and told me they will get back to me, since that day i have never came back to me. My problem is that they made promises and it was a struggle since Desember up to now there service why cant they just replace the fridge all i do is to through away spoiled food and milk and there is no cold stuff in my fridge every thing is warm please help me
