Bad Insurance Service

My name is Daisy MasheleI went to do some shopping at Woolworth's wonder park Pretoria on the 10-02-13 in the morning, when i gave my card to the cashier by the name of Lydia Tshilimandila she said i was in arrears or my balance was R47, 27 therefore i need to pay that balance or i wont be able to use my card, i didn't understand why i had that balance because i paid off my account last year September and this was my first purchase for this year. The manager on duty was Pauline Maponya who never even bothered to show her face and the PPC manager was Tumi Suping who had an attitude she kept laughing with her fellow colleagues while i was waiting to be assisted.i then received a call from Woolworth's i told them to cancel my so called insurance that i didn't know about and the lady just hung up the phone on my ears.what a bad experience i had from woollies, i still don't understand why their insurance say i owe them R47.27 because i don't remember signing up for a card protection insurance.i hope someone will attend to this matter
