Bought a Logik air conditioner from Game 2 years ago for our bedroom. Only used a few hours a night (we do not sleep with it on) and serviced every six months. It stopped working two weeks ago. No air conditioning people will take on the job, and the one that will came, saw, and left, mumbling something about a PCB board and how "you can't get spare parts for these". I guess you get what you pay for, but to sell a product to a consumer you would imagine that some kind of support would be available into the future (how about spare parts for five years?). Yesterday I bought a Samsung - twice the price but guaranteed service and spare parts available. Logik products? Never again.
