Before xmas i purchased a online gaming headset that is compatible with PS3 for a xmas present.
After plugging the earphones in there was a issue with the microphone. I decided to wait a bit before returning the headset. on the 20th of January i submitted a return online as per instructions from a consultant of [URL Removed] Then after 3 days i noticed that nothing was happening with my online return as the status still said 10% processing.- and stills says that today. I then phoned Kalahari made arrangements for them to collect the headset. After they phoned me 2-4 times to get the correct address and contact person the earphones were collected 23/01.
after a week i phoned to follow up to find out if they had any feedback on the headset, they then informed me that i should wait 10 days and they promise i will have feedback in 10 days. I then phoned back today which is day 10 and now they are telling me 14 days...
I bet you if i phone on the 14th day they are gonna tell me 21 days. Kalahari is so eager to take your money, but when you want to return a faulty product that did not work from opening the box, it takes forever.
