I did my Xmas shopping online a few weeks ago and was told the day before my item was due to be delivered, that the item isn't available, in fact it is only going to be launched over December as it is a special Xmas item. I asked them why the product doesn't say "out of stock" or" not available" online and they didn't really have an answer for me. I have also commented about this a week or so ago on Face book. VERY frustrating.
