Incompetent Staff and Pathetic Customer Service

On 02/02/2013 my Fiance' and I went to the House & Home in the Fleurdal shopping centre to purchase a new bed on credit.

We completed the documentation as needed and paid in a R2000 deposit

On 06/02/2013 I was told that my proof of residence was accepted and needed and affidavit. I got the affidavit and handed it to the sales person on 07/02/2013. He guaranteed that I would get a call by 09/02/2013 which I never did.
I contacted H&H on 11/02/2013 and after waiting the entire day I contacted the manager that informed me the paper work was only submitted on 11/02/2013.

He said he would follow up the following day (12/02/2013) and after not getting any feedback I went in to the store but before I set foot in H&H I got a call from the credit department approving the account.
When signing the final contract they confirmed the bed would be delivered the following morning by the latest however it has yet not been done.

I however got a call from H&H before 15:00 on 13/02/2013 that they had not finished putting the master Guard on the bed and that it can only be delivered by 5pm soonest.

Stay Away from H&H Fleurdal at the very least. The service is pathetic and they don't deliver.
