I am actually disgusted with the service I have received from Teljoy!
It is now over a week since I filled in my application online, nobody got back to me. I phone then I get mail requesting extra documents, so I provided all the documents you requested, then you ask for more documents and again I oblige. THEN you tell me I am not approved because my salary is not paid on the 1st of every month, but your credit department will get back to me, once again which they never did?
I have never heard such utter nonsense in my life! All instances make provision for later pay dates! Your treatment of my account is NOT acceptable. You have promised to come back to me which you did not do!
If my business is not good enough for Teljoy, say so, but I am sick and tired of being strung along.
As a CEO and multi-award winning Entrepreneur and public speaker I am disgusted at the lack of service, hmm let's see what the public says?
Your track record on Hellopeter is enough to put me off! My complaint will form part of the long list there!
