On Wednesday 18 December 2013 I applied at House & Home to buy a lounge suite and a single bed. On Thursday, 19 December 2013 I was informed that my application had been successful and that I must come pay the deposit and sign the contract. On 19 December 2013 I've paid the deposit and signed the contract. On Tuesday, 24 December 2013 at? 10h30 I phoned Montana House & Home and were informed by one Gordon at Deliveries Department that the driver left for Mamelodi and when he gets back they will come to deliver my order on the 24th of December 2013, if not he will phone me. We've then arranged for our old lounge suite to be sold on the same day (as we were assured that we will be receiving the new one on the same day) and it was taken on the 24th of December 2013.By 14h30 we were getting a bit nervous, so I've phoned them again. After speaking to Gordon he informed me he will phone me within a few minutes he just needed to confirm something with someone. Sure enough he did phone me back to inform me that the driver assured him that he will make the delivery on the 24th. Guess what.. NO DELIVERY. Me and my family is currently spending Christmas on the floor.
