Every single time we go to the Garden Route Mall branch, I have to go searching for staff! Without fail there will not be a staff member in the relevant department, and there is no-one at the info desk either - really pathetic!
We stay out of town so it is a 200km round trip to go to the store if I need something. Great specials advertised this week so drove to George. After spending nearly two hours in the store (various departments), left with nothing as the "promotional stock never arrived" at the branch! Begged and pleaded for the branch to enquire if Mossel Bay had stock - promised they would phone me back - and to date ZERO phone calls received! (specials ended 3 Feb!)
Took our own initiative, closed our store early on Saturday 2 Feb to drive another 200km round trip to Mossel Bay in the hope that they would have the stock. Staff are always present (wonderful change) but here too they had not received the promotional stock.
So basically in two days we drove over 400km, spent a tank of fuel, and ended up going home empty handed! Such a waste of time and money!
Why offer specials if you are not organised with the stock?
