So we made a purchase of a corner lounge suite & FRIDGE
It took a week for them to arrange for despatch of the couches which we had to fetch to avoid any further delay's (1 week ago) and still to date I am FRIDGELESS!!!
No one had the courtesy to call me and inform me that there was NO stock of the Fridge. Instead I had to call them speak to all and sundry concerning my Elusive Fridge!
It's two weeks since I made the purchase and still no fridge... really what has happened to customer service in this country. This kind of service is totally unacceptable and why is it my responsibility to organise there stock and warehousing facility!!
Will somebody please locate my FRIDGE & deliver it!
