I had screening tests done at Clicks on 16 January 2013 & requested the sister to give me an invoice which I can submit to my medical aid for refund, as I paid them cash. She was initially reluctant, but then gave me a sheet of codes with my initial and surname on. This turned out to be codes only relevant to the cashier for payment. I then called clicks on 4 Feb to request a proper invoice with the ICD10 codes, but have been kept waiting & told to wait till the nursing sister is in. Even escalating to their head office Lynn & Nazeem has been fruitless, as I'm told to wait for the sister to come in, as every other day. Surely issuing an invoice with ICD10 codes is not as complicated as it's made out to be - they have the evidence that I had it done. I am deeply dissappointed at the way my request is being treated with a total lack of urgency & no-one really taking ownership in getting it resolved. Again I've been told to wait till tomorrow & they might have an answer for me (not necessarily the invoice)
