My boyfriend was diagnosed with diabetes type 1, 7 months ago. From the very first moment I walked into the Willowbridge Pharmacy, all of the staff, especially the pharmacists were so friendly and helpful.
They phone me a week in advance to come and collect the meds, they've arranged for the medicine to be on chronic and they are always ready with some helpful advice and I can truly see that they really care.
For me the cherry on top was when I phoned a week ago, 5 minutes before closing time to find out about the strips that we need for the glucose test machine. The pharmacist on duty, Amanda Alberts, told me that I could rush to the store and that she will arrange with security to wait for me. Come on, service like this... I'm speechless! You dont get this anymore! Thank you Amanda, I really appreciate your service.
Dis-chem, I've told everyone about my awesome experience with you guys and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your great service! If ever you need someone to be a ambassador for you... I will be first in line. You are truly the best of the best!
