Unfortunately I have to log this as a complaint. The service at the pharmacy is always good, however this particular case is being ignored. Some years ago we purchased the Dr Slim glucose meter. Recently we were told that the test strips are no longer available, and is indeed discontinued.
The sales lady said we must contact Dis-Chem and they will replace the meter. I have since sent a message request to the Dis-Chem website, as well as to their e-mail. NO RESPONSE.
Come on guys, please talk to me so that I can get this resolved.
