On the 21/4/2013 I went into Game (Cresta) to buy the HP 4-in-1 printer that had been advertised on TV on special for R499. A sales assistant, Violet Tshabalala told me they were out of stock, but took down my details &said she would contact when stock arrived. She then spoke to another sales assistant & said the sale ended in March & I would have to pay the full price despite seeing the advert 2 days before.
I then emailed Rina Taute (customer services) who passed the message to Natasha Golden/ Rebecca (Game Store Secretary). Joseph Ratema & Gary Moore (sales manager) were also informed. According to Rebecca, Gary said that they had received stock and that I could come in any time, and he would assist me with the same price. I went to see Gary (24/04), but he told me they had only received 10 printers & were out of stock, again. Apparently they had a list of people waiting ahead of me who were to 1st receive the printers. He then assured me that he had my details & would contact me as soon as they had more stock.
By 29/04 I had yet to receive a call. I then emailed Natasha Golden informing her of this with my contact details. It is now the 7/5/2013, no contact has been made.
