NO REFUND YET, RINA PLS ACTION!!!

Good day,

I Logged a complaint on 1 Mar with reference 03679448, Rina Taute responded saying management is still investigating the matter, i need to know as to by WHEN will i get my refund, i need an exact date as i am fedup of waiting with no one take responsibility at game.

I emailed Johanna [Email Removed] the bank statement on the 5th and she confirmed everything over the phone but STILL nothing is happening.

Please ALL I NEED is my MONEY back.
