Hi All,
I recently did a booking with one of the hotels owned by SA Leisure in Krugersdorp. I could not go to the Hotel and i cancelled my booking with in time so there were no cancellation fees. I had paid the hotel in advance an amount of R2400. My booking was supposed to be in December and to this day the hotel has failed to pay me back. Every time i call Ineshree is never in the office and Raven is always in meetings. Doesnt the Consumer protection Act Protect us from such predators?
