We booked a complimentary stay (2 nights) in the Fairway Hotel. We received a booking confirmation for the two nights. A week after the booking was made, the hotel emails us to cancel our booking as they think they will be very busy those two days and will be canceling all complimentary bookings to rather accommodate paying customers. If this is their attitude, they should not give out complimentary stays. Extremely unprofessional service from a "supposed" reputable hotel. This is very bad publicity for Randpark Golf Club.
