I have made a booking with holiday access to cape town, i have phoned in to cancel due to a family matter and was advised that i can make another booking for a different date which i did. Now my membership is being suspended holding me liable for the accomadation that was cancelled. i have sent an email before the accomadation date to cancel and was told that if i had swoped the dates it is ok. Club leisure is insisting that i must pay for the accomadation that i have not even went for.
