R4000- Deposit Refund

I requested a full deposit refund of R4000- with 4 emails from 19 - 22 January 2013. I corresponded with Trevor and later with Martin. I have two issues,
1. there is no deposit fee refund after 14 days and I quote from their t's & c's "All Deposits are paid within 14 working days from the time of request, minus the bank transactions charges and once off Private Seller membership fee of R200.00 will be charged" and
2. is the exorbitant transactions charges that will be made on my refund as communicated by Trevor to me. I was never registered as a seller on the site. These charges are made by [URL Removed] or their bank not mine as I made a transfer through PayFast (Jessica R) who assured me that: "Buyers who make use of PayFast to pay a PayFast merchant do not get charged. "

I would like to clear up any misunderstanding and/or miscommunication on these matters.
