As a first time user of Payfast, I was extremely concerned when the instant payment I made to them, did not reflect on my account. I sent an e-mail with proof of payment to Payfast Support and received a ticket no for the query. I got even more worried when I haven't heard from Payfast after 5 hours... I contacted Payfast via online chat, where Byron C assisted me.. Within 5 minutes, the matter was resolved.!!! I received payment confirmation from both Payfast and the supplier where I bought the goods from. I logged into both Payfast and the supplier's accounts, and my order was being processed!! What a relief!
