Any supplier or merchandise should be able to do transactions when the power is down by writing receipts manually. On 11 Feb. 2013 My wife was at the wright place, at the wright time, with the right item price at Fashion Express and they were not able to help because of a power failure. On request to keep the items, witch was the ideal birthday present for a family member, till she return during the same day the shop was closed on return. Staying in Bellville it was very uncomfortable and not economic top return the next day. It was not even communicated to my wife, daughter and aunt who went into the shop that they were not able to help because of a power failure. Really bad service and a bad influence on the companies name
