I ordered and paid for a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses in January 2013. They were supposed to be delivered within 14 - 21 days. Each time I called or queried where the sunglasses were I was told "one more week". Eventually I requested a refund a few weeks ago. Darus promised to refund within "48 hours". After not receiving a refund for over a week, I contacted Pay Fast - the internet merchant that processes Sunglass Central Payments. They assured me they would get the refund sorted from Sunglass Central. Greg from PayFast cannot get a refund either and has told me he will be suspending their account. Whether this has been done or not I do not know. This is to warn consumers out there that this seems to be an internet where they are taking money and not delivering the goods.
