Outstanding Customer Service

On Sunday, my wife and I returned 2 x Totem Mountain Bikes that we had bought the previous day. We were not please with the "self" assembly needed.
Batseba (Batty), approached us and informed us that the Raleigh Mountain Bikes were assembled in-store buy a professional technician (Patric Moyambo). She showed us the Raleigh models in-store. She was not forcing a sale onto us, she encouraged us to look at other bicycle shops before making a final decision.
We returned after an hour with the decision to buy 2 x Raleigh Mountain Bikes. Batseba and Patric rapidly went to work assembling the bikes. Patric fully assembled the male-frame from the box, while Batseba re-assembled a showroom female-frame, which she discounted as well. Patric checked and adjusted the brakes and gears on both bikes.
Makro Silver Lakes should be proud of this high-level of customer service. Both Batseba Motuba and Patric Moyambo were friendly and extremely helpful in this matter, constantly reassuring us that Raleigh is a superior brand that has quality parts and pride on safety. Thank you.
