In December I bought 2 Raleigh bikes for my sons in advance as ones birthday was last week and the other is next month. When I tried making up the first one last week it had no instructions, no brakes, parts missing etc. I can only imagine the other one. So I have 2 bikes that are useless and I called Games because I bought them during Christmas and they are so unhelpful, they do not understand the consumer protection act, How can they stock products that rip the public off. I demand them to sort both these bikes out.
